Sisters of the Visitation Congregation of the Diocese of Kottayam Manage the Hospital. The administration is done by a trust called Little Lourdes Charitable Institutions Kidangoor.
With unconditional support and enlightened vision of the general supervision of Visitation Congregation, the Hospital has grown from 12-bedded hospital to 250-bed strength multispeciality hospital with two educational programmers viz. Multipurpose Healthworkeres Training Course and General Nursing and Midwifery Course.
