Biography
An excellent Interventional Cardiologist with more than 14 years of experience in the field of cardiology. Dr Joby K Thomas has high extensive training in the field of complex Angioplasties including Bifurcation Angioplasties, CTOS, Rotablation and Complex high risk Angioplasties involving imaging and Physiology.
He also had
the privilege to get trained at Mount Sinai hospital, New York and Gottsegen
Hungarian institute, Budapest for a short stint which helped him hone his
interventional skills. He has significant skills in Transradial Angioplasties /
from the wrist, Imaging /IVUS /OCT, FFR- assessing the physiology to avoid
unnecessary angioplasties, Peripheral Angioplasties, Pacemaker and ICD
implantation. He was part of many prestigious Govt. Institutions in Kerala
before he started his career at Caritas Hospital.

Dr. Joby is an accomplished speaker and is a faculty for several National and International Conferences
He was an invited faculty at EURO PCR, Paris in 2019 and European bifurcation club for two consecutive years (2018 and 2019)
He also is a faculty for India live conferences held annually in India. He is also involved in training budding talents in Interventional Cardiology by being part of several workshops conducted at Caritas hospital for beginners
He has to his credit Five Scientific Papers published in various internationally acclaimed scientific journals
